People and Culture Council
Mission/Charge
The People and Culture Council is a venue for participatory decision-making related to policies, procedures and the strategic issues specific to organizational health and employee support. These may include (but are not limited to) employee retention and climate, employee on-boarding and training, and improving the effectiveness of CCC work processes.

Subcommittees
- Organizational Learning: Promotes a culture of learning and innovation through staff development, knowledge management, and process improvement.
- Policy: Oversees employee policies at the college, including policy creation, policy updates, and policy infrastructure.
- Wellness: Attends to employee retention and engagement through recognition programs, employee wellness, and connection and belonging.
