Mission Fulfillment Committee (MFC)

The Mission Fulfillment Committee (MFC) is responsible for the College’s implementation of the 2021-2026 Strategic Plan. The Committee oversees the College’s measurement of Mission Fulfillment through regular monitoring of the Actions and Indicators associated with the five Strategic Priorities established in the plan. When all strategic priority indicators are measured to be at the green or yellow level, the College is understood as fulfilling its mission; upcoming assessment, planning, and resource allocation processes are used to address specific gaps or barriers for mission fulfillment indicators measured at the yellow level. If any strategic priority indicator is measured to be at the red level, the College is at risk of not fulfilling its mission.

Mission Fulfillment Committee is comprised of leaders from five subcommittees, also known as “Implementation Teams.” Each of the College’s strategic priorities has its own team, led by a chair or co-chairs and a sponsor from the Executive Team. In addition, key College leaders are standing members of MFC to ensure that any issues raised in that setting get appropriate attention and support (e.g. College President, College Vice Presidents, Director of Institutional Research, Director of Grants Development).
