Refund Advisory Workgroup
Mission/Charge
To review requests for exceptions to the refund policy when documented extenuating circumstances occur, generally related to illness, injury, or an institutional error.
Reports To: Access, Retention & Completion (ARC) Committee

- Chris Sweet, Chair, Registrar
- Representatives from Enrollment Services, Financial Aid and an Academic Advisor.
- There are no students in the group as they are dealing with sensitive student information.
- Ad Hoc members as needed

Meeting Schedule: Meets weekly to look at submitted petitions.
